Top up balance from Add Funds (en/transaction/add_funds). 3. Open New Order (en/order/add), pick platform and service. 4. Paste the public URL (profile, post, video, or channel). 5. Confirm quantity within min/max and submit. 6. Track status in My Orders. ### Request refill or support 1. Check whether your package title includes refill. 2. Most paid orders have a 14-day support window after delivery. 3. Open a ticket at https://www.followdeh.com/tickets with subject Order and your order ID. 4. Choose Refill, Cancellation, or Speed Up as needed. ### Cancel or refund 1. Orders not started yet can be cancelled from the order log. 2. Started orders use partial refund based on delivered quantity. 3. Unused balance can be refunded to the original payment method on request via ticket. ## Accepted public link formats - Instagram: profile URL or post/reel URL (public). - TikTok: video URL. - YouTube: video or channel URL. - Telegram: @username or t.me/channel/post link. - Spotify: artist, track, or album URL. - Each service page lists the exact format it expects. ## Order status glossary - Pending: Queued; waiting to start or for a public link. - Processing: Delivery in progress. - Completed: Target quantity delivered. - Partial: Stopped partway; undelivered portion may be refunded. - Canceled: Stopped before or during delivery per policy. ## Common questions Q: How do I place an order?
