How ordering works
Pick the service from the platform menu, paste the public profile, post, video or live link into the checkout, and pay from your top-up balance. Most paid tiers start delivering within minutes; drip-mode tiers continue delivery beyond the first 24 hours so growth looks natural. Sample free tiers are available on /free for users who want to test quality before paying.
Refill and refund policy
Every paid order ships with a 30-day refill window. If the metric drops within those 30 days, we top it up free of charge to the original count. Natural drop after 30 days (the platform sweeping inactive accounts) sits outside the refill guarantee. If an order fails to start at all, the balance is refunded automatically — you don't have to open a ticket.
Privacy: what we never ask for
We never ask for your password, login codes, two-factor backup codes, recovery email, or OAuth permissions. The only thing we need from you is the public link you submit at checkout. We don't change account settings, don't message your contacts, and don't require you to follow anyone in return.
Common questions
How do I place an order?
Pick the platform from the top menu (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), choose the service type (followers, likes, views), paste the public link at checkout, and pay from your balance. Before the first order, top up your account from the "Add Funds" page.
How fast does an order start?
Most orders start within 30 seconds to 5 minutes. Drip-mode packages are intentionally spread out so growth looks organic — they can take 12 to 48 hours from start to finish. Each service page shows the estimated start and completion time.
My account is private — does that work?
No. Every service we offer reads from a public link. If your Instagram is set to Private, your Telegram channel is closed, or your YouTube video is Unlisted, the order will wait in queue until you make the content public.
Do I need to share my password?
Never. Our workflow only reads the public link you submit at checkout. Any "provider" that asks for your password, login code, or OAuth permission is a phishing attempt — change your password immediately and report it.
Is there a refill if numbers drop?
Yes. Every paid order ships with a 30-day refill guarantee. If your numbers drop within that window, click "Request Refill" on the order panel and the refill runs within a few hours, up to the original ordered amount.
What is the difference between /free and the paid services?
/free is a sample of the paid tiers: one free credit every 30 minutes, up to 30 per month. The free path has no refill guarantee and the per-credit volume is smaller than paid packages. Use free to test quality, and paid packages when you need guaranteed volume and pacing control.
Can I run multiple orders on the same account at the same time?
Yes. Each metric (followers, likes, views) runs in its own queue and doesn't interfere with the others. Example: 5,000 likes and 50,000 views on the same post in the same hour — no throttling. Common combo for product launches and pre-warming live streams.
What kind of links work?
The link must point to a public page. Instagram: profile or post URL; TikTok: video URL; YouTube: video or channel URL; Telegram: @username or t.me/ link; Spotify: artist/track/album URL. Every service page spells out the exact format it expects.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20/ERC20), and several local methods. Each top-up goes to your Followdeh balance; orders are deducted from balance. So you don't have to enter your card details for every small order.
