Discord member drops need a permanent invite URL. The default invite Discord generates is single-use and expires in a handful of minutes, which is shorter than the queue cycle.

Generating the right invite

Open the channel, click the cog next to Invite People, set Max Number of Uses to No Limit and Expire After to Never, and copy the resulting URL.

Verification gates

If your server uses a verification bot, an age gate, or rules screening, members may join the lobby and stop there. That is your gate behaving correctly. Relax it temporarily if you are testing the panel end to end, otherwise expect the lobby count to move while the verified count stays put.

Pacing and the monthly counter

A credit unlocks every thirty minutes and you collect up to thirty per month. The counter resets monthly and unused credits do not roll forward.

How do I drop a Discord server invite link in correctly?

Generate a permanent invite from your server settings, copy the full discord.gg URL, and paste it as is. The worker resolves the invite once and joins through it, so a one use link or a link that expires before the queue picks up the job will not deliver.

Will the free Discord members keep my verification level?

Verification thresholds (phone required, member for X minutes) sit on Discord's side. If your server demands phone verification, the free batch may stall or partially fill, since most cohort accounts will not have a phone attached. Drop verification to Low while you test if you want the full sample to land.

Is this enough to bump my server boost tier?
