How Shopee Live ranks active streams

Shopee Live sorts active live shopping sessions by current viewer count. A session with a healthy live viewer count gets recommended at the top of the Shopee Live tab; a session at zero viewers gets buried below larger streams. Viewer orders fill the opening minutes so the session ranks where shoppers see it.

Choosing duration and viewer count

Pick a viewer count slightly above your normal concurrent viewer average so the bump reads as natural growth. Pick a duration that matches your typical Shopee Live session: thirty to ninety minutes for a focused product demo, two to three hours for an extended live shopping window.

What we need from you at order time

The Shopee Live stream URL. The stream must be live during the order window. We never ask for your Shopee Seller Center access.
