By placing an order in Followdeh Website (www.followdeh.com) or Followdeh Application you accept our terms of service located at (www.followdeh.com/terms).
Order Link
Most Followdeh services are automatic services which means if you submit wrong URL we may not be able to edit/cancel and fix your issue. but if you find out about an issue regarding on your order, please inform support team ASAP.
Before submitting an order, please check Example Link and submit your order according to given link.
Guest Orders
We offer Guest Orders as well. it means you do not need to give your information and create an account in our website to place an order. but it will be hard to track guest orders since you don't have an account. therefore, please be careful when you submit an order and write down tracking code and your order information when your order submitted.
Delivery Time
Delivery Time is different for each service but you can see an approximate delivery time for some services. but generally if an order takes more than 24 hours in pending status, please inform support team to check it.
Blue Tick (Verified) services will take 7 days (at least) to be completed.
Order Cancelation
After you place an order, it will be added to our processing queue. sometimes it is impossible to cancel an order even when it is not delivered yet. but if you want to cancel your order, please inform support team ASAP.
Guarantee and Re-fill process
We offer an 30 days warranty for all of our services. some services have a 30 days (or more) refill guarantee which means if any issue happens regarding to the service for the next 30 days, we will cover it (such as drops).
