What you keep, what you do not
You keep your music, your account, your monetisation arrangement, and your stats dashboard. If a track or profile is later moved, made private, or removed from the platform, the order stops affecting it.
Order rules to keep in mind
Wait until one order is fully complete before placing a second one on the same URL. Overlapping queues for the same track confuse the count tracker and may cause part of the second order to be missed. The minimum and maximum quantity per package is shown on the card itself.
Refill window
Every plays order is covered by a thirty-day refill. If the count on your track drops below the delivered amount within that window, contact support with the order ID and the refill is triggered. Drops after thirty days are outside the refill window and would require a fresh order.
