Privacy / Personal Data Processing Policy
This policy explains how VisionForge OÜ handles personal data when you use Followdeh, create an account, order a service, contact support or pay. Version: 2026-11-01.
1. Controller
VisionForge OÜ is the controller for the processing described here. Contact [email protected].
2. Data categories
Depending on the feature you use, we process account and contact information such as phone number, email, account identifiers and language; order destination links, service, quantity, price and order status; payment references, selected method, amount, currency and status; support messages; and technical/security records such as IP addresses, device/browser information and request logs. Some payment methods also require payer name, address or phone information. Agreement evidence records a checkout identifier, account ID when present, policy version, purpose, amount, method, language and acceptance time. Do not include private credentials or unnecessary third-party information in an order or support message.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use information to create and administer accounts, price and deliver orders, accept and reconcile payments, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet applicable accounting and legal duties. Processing necessary to supply a requested service is based on the contract or steps taken at your request. Security and abuse prevention may rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Legally required records rely on legal obligations. Where consent is requested, its specific scope and withdrawal route are explained in the Personal Data Consent. Optional marketing requires its own applicable permission; the payment checkboxes do not subscribe you to marketing.
4. Recipients and transfers
Information needed for payment is shared with the gateway, bank or wallet provider selected for that payment. Information needed to fulfill an order, such as the destination and ordered quantity, may be provided to fulfillment suppliers and the relevant platform. Hosting, communications, security and support providers may process data on our behalf. Providers may process data outside Estonia or the EEA; applicable data-transfer safeguards are required where relevant. A bank, wallet or platform may also act under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Retention and security
We retain account information while necessary to operate the account and handle support. Order, transaction and agreement evidence are kept where necessary for fulfillment, fraud/dispute handling and applicable accounting or legal retention duties. Data that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymized; an erasure request does not override a legal retention obligation. Access is limited according to operational need. Use secure account access and do not disclose authentication credentials. No internet service can promise absolute security.
6. Cookies and technical information
The site uses session and preference mechanisms for account access, language and website operation. Analytics or third-party features may involve additional browser/device information under their applicable notices and permissions. You can manage browser cookies, although disabling session cookies may prevent account and payment functions from working.
7. Your rights
Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy where the applicable law provides these rights. Identify the account or order without sending passwords or one-time codes. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. You can withdraw consent for processing based on consent. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing or processing required under another legal basis. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority, including the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, and retain any other statutory remedies.
8. Personal Data Consent
By selecting the separate data-processing checkbox, you consent to VisionForge OÜ collecting and processing the account/contact, order/payment and necessary technical information you provide for payment processing, order fulfillment, support and abuse prevention as described in this policy. This includes necessary disclosure to the chosen payment provider and fulfillment/support processors. This consent does not authorize marketing. You may withdraw consent by contacting [email protected]. If necessary information can no longer be processed, we may be unable to continue the requested service. Contractual and legal recordkeeping grounds may continue to apply. We retain evidence of the choice, version, time, language and checkout context; a preselected checkbox or mere site visit is not consent.
