Terms of Service

These terms govern Followdeh orders and account funding supplied by VisionForge OÜ. The description and price displayed for the selected service form part of your order. Read these terms, the refund rules below and the privacy policy before paying.

2. Services and eligibility

Followdeh provides social-media promotion services described in its catalogue, including followers, views, likes and other activity. Delivery characteristics, minimum and maximum quantities and any replacement guarantee belong to the selected service. We do not control the underlying platforms or guarantee commercial results. Likee services are unavailable. You must have authority to order for the destination and comply with applicable law and platform rules. Do not use the service for fraud, illegal content, impersonation or infringement of others’ rights.

3. Ordering and delivery

Check the destination link, service, quantity, price, currency and guarantee before submitting. Keep the destination reachable as the service description requires. We normally need a destination link, not your social-media password or authentication codes. Delivery estimates can change with platform restrictions and supplier availability. Keep the order identifier and contact support if the order does not match its description. A refill guarantee replaces eligible drops within the stated service window; it does not promise permanent activity.

4. Prices, account balance and payment

The applicable price and payment amount are shown before you submit the payment. Prices and currency depend on the service, account settings and selected method. Any gateway conversion, surcharge and minimum shown for that method apply to that payment. Account funding credits your Followdeh balance after the payment is confirmed. Placing a balance-funded order deducts its charge from that balance. A guest order may use a direct payment invoice. Sending a payment or seeing a bank authorization is not proof that service delivery has completed. Do not pay an expired invoice or send funds to different payment details.

5. Payment procedure

Choose a service or top-up amount, review the displayed total and method, and select the agreement and personal-data consent checkboxes. Continue using the payment interface shown by the selected gateway. Complete any authentication required by your bank, wallet or payment provider. Follow the displayed asset, network, address, memo and expiry for cryptocurrency. Return to the site to check the result. If the payment is pending or the balance is not credited, contact support with the order/payment reference before attempting another payment.

6. Payment protection and unauthorized payments

6.1. Use a payment instrument you own or are authorized to use, and comply with the law that applies to your payment.

6.2. An unauthorized payment is one made without the required permission. This may include use of counterfeit, lost, stolen or compromised payment instruments, or unlawfully obtained authentication data.

6.3. Complete the authentication and other security steps required by the bank, wallet or payment provider you select.

6.4. Keep your passwords, PINs, one-time codes and other authentication data secure. Do not disclose or transfer them to third parties, including support.

6.5. Whether a payment was authorized, and how it may be disputed, are determined under applicable law and the relevant bank or payment provider rules. Passing authentication does not waive any mandatory right to dispute a payment or obtain a refund.

6.6. Responsibility for unauthorized payments or related losses depends on applicable law, the facts of the case and the valid terms of the relevant provider. Any allocation of liability remains subject to mandatory rights and obligations.

6.7. If you suspect an unauthorized payment or compromised credentials, contact the issuing bank or payment provider immediately to secure your payment instrument. Notify us at [email protected] with the order or payment reference. Do not send passwords, PINs or one-time codes.

6.8. If we detect suspicious activity, we may pause a new order, delay issuing new payment instructions or ask for further checks. These measures do not remove your statutory rights.

7. Refund rules and request procedure

We review refund requests within 14 calendar days of receiving them. Contact your account support ticket or https://t.me/followdeh_support and provide your account identifier, order ID, payment reference, amount, currency, payment date and an explanation. Do not send complete card details, passwords or codes. Request review for a failed or undelivered service, partial delivery, duplicate charge, payment error or suspected unauthorized payment. Service-specific guarantee and delivery evidence are considered. A correctly delivered service is not automatically refundable because you changed your mind, subject to any mandatory legal rights. Ask to cancel before delivery starts; after submission, cancellation may depend on whether processing can be stopped. For partial delivery, any remedy relates to the undelivered portion.

8. Refund method and communication

Support confirms the review outcome and, where a monetary refund is approved, the amount and expected processing date. We send approved monetary refunds within 14 days after approval. Monetary refunds use the original payment method and payer account where supported, subject to payment-provider verification and applicable law. Cryptocurrency refunds require confirmation of the appropriate wallet and network; network fees and any conversion must be explained before the refund. An account-balance adjustment or replacement service is distinct from a monetary refund and must be identified as such. Bank/provider settlement can take additional time after a refund is sent. Existing balances and historical orders remain available for reconciliation and support.

9. Accounts, restrictions and responsibility

Keep account access confidential and submit accurate contact information. We may restrict access or refuse new orders for fraud, prohibited services, abuse or payment-provider requirements. Contact support to resolve a disputed order. Our responsibility for a failure concerns the service and payment actually supplied; neither platform behavior nor a marketing outcome is guaranteed. Mandatory statutory rights and liability that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

10. Personal data and changes

The Privacy / Personal Data Processing Policy explains processing, recipients, retention and your rights. The separately linked Personal Data Consent explains the consent requested at payment. Agreement records identify the policy version and time accepted. Changes apply prospectively; a later policy version does not itself establish your consent. Contact [email protected] about these terms or a legal request.

Payment Security Policy

Available payment methods may include Alipay, WeChat Pay and PhonePe; use the options actually shown at checkout. Review the total, currency and method before paying. Payment processing follows the interface and instructions of the gateway, bank or wallet provider selected at checkout. Use the secure payment page shown for your selected method and check its domain before entering payment information.

Protect your payment

Complete authentication only in the relevant payment interface. Never share card PINs, account passwords, recovery phrases or one-time codes with Followdeh support. Check the recipient, network, address and any memo for a cryptocurrency payment. Follow the verification requirements shown by your bank or payment provider.

Problems and unauthorized activity

If you suspect fraud or an unauthorized charge, immediately contact the issuing bank or wallet provider to secure the instrument and report the event to Followdeh support. Include the payment reference, date, amount and currency without exposing complete card details. Ask support to review pending payments or duplicate charges using the refund procedure before paying again.

Privacy / Personal Data Processing Policy

This policy explains how VisionForge OÜ handles personal data when you use Followdeh, create an account, order a service, contact support or pay. Version: 2026-11-01.

1. Controller

VisionForge OÜ is the controller for the processing described here. Contact [email protected].

2. Data categories

Depending on the feature you use, we process account and contact information such as phone number, email, account identifiers and language; order destination links, service, quantity, price and order status; payment references, selected method, amount, currency and status; support messages; and technical/security records such as IP addresses, device/browser information and request logs. Some payment methods also require payer name, address or phone information. Agreement evidence records a checkout identifier, account ID when present, policy version, purpose, amount, method, language and acceptance time. Do not include private credentials or unnecessary third-party information in an order or support message.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use information to create and administer accounts, price and deliver orders, accept and reconcile payments, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet applicable accounting and legal duties. Processing necessary to supply a requested service is based on the contract or steps taken at your request. Security and abuse prevention may rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Legally required records rely on legal obligations. Where consent is requested, its specific scope and withdrawal route are explained in the Personal Data Consent. Optional marketing requires its own applicable permission; the payment checkboxes do not subscribe you to marketing.

4. Recipients and transfers

Information needed for payment is shared with the gateway, bank or wallet provider selected for that payment. Information needed to fulfill an order, such as the destination and ordered quantity, may be provided to fulfillment suppliers and the relevant platform. Hosting, communications, security and support providers may process data on our behalf. Providers may process data outside Estonia or the EEA; applicable data-transfer safeguards are required where relevant. A bank, wallet or platform may also act under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention and security

We retain account information while necessary to operate the account and handle support. Order, transaction and agreement evidence are kept where necessary for fulfillment, fraud/dispute handling and applicable accounting or legal retention duties. Data that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymized; an erasure request does not override a legal retention obligation. Access is limited according to operational need. Use secure account access and do not disclose authentication credentials. No internet service can promise absolute security.

6. Cookies and technical information

The site uses session and preference mechanisms for account access, language and website operation. Analytics or third-party features may involve additional browser/device information under their applicable notices and permissions. You can manage browser cookies, although disabling session cookies may prevent account and payment functions from working.

7. Your rights

Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy where the applicable law provides these rights. Identify the account or order without sending passwords or one-time codes. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. You can withdraw consent for processing based on consent. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing or processing required under another legal basis. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority, including the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, and retain any other statutory remedies.

8. Personal Data Consent

By selecting the separate data-processing checkbox, you consent to VisionForge OÜ collecting and processing the account/contact, order/payment and necessary technical information you provide for payment processing, order fulfillment, support and abuse prevention as described in this policy. This includes necessary disclosure to the chosen payment provider and fulfillment/support processors. This consent does not authorize marketing. You may withdraw consent by contacting [email protected]. If necessary information can no longer be processed, we may be unable to continue the requested service. Contractual and legal recordkeeping grounds may continue to apply. We retain evidence of the choice, version, time, language and checkout context; a preselected checkbox or mere site visit is not consent.
